Our Story

In 2012, after extensive fundraising and support, Jordan River Village opened its year-round camp in Israel’s lower Galilee for children living with chronic illnesses and disabilities. Founded by Marilyn and Murray Grant, inspired by Paul Newman’s Hole in the Wall Gang Camp, the Village aims to provide a carefree childhood experience for sick children.

Impact

In 2022, Jordan River Village provided free, inclusive, medically supported camp programs to over 6,000 children living with serious illnesses and disabilities, significantly enhancing their emotional well-being and social skills.
