Our Story

The Gunilla Bentel Scholarship Fund was established in 2000 by Sandi Huston and Helen Stoddard to provide financial support to medical dosimetry students. In 2007, the AAMD Foundation was created to serve as an educational fundraising entity for prospective Dosimetrists, receiving 501(c)(3) tax status in 2009.
