Our Story

Founded in 1995 by Terry Thompson and Claire Braeburn, America On Track emerged from a deep commitment to uplift vulnerable children and families in Orange County. With a blend of business acumen and leadership training, the founders designed innovative programs that address critical community needs. Over the years, America On Track has successfully implemented initiatives in youth leadership development, mentoring, fitness and nutrition education, and drug prevention, impacting hundreds of thousands of lives.

Our Impact

Serving over 44,000 individuals annually, America On Track allocates 91¢ of every dollar directly to program services, ensuring maximum benefit to the community. The organization is dedicated to evidence-based practices, achieving significant results in youth leadership and community health.
