Amend Park Development Council was established in 1992 by passionate soccer parents with a vision to transform Amend Park into a premier soccer complex for the youth and families of Yellowstone County. In collaboration with the City of Billings Parks, Recreation & Public Lands Department, the council has tirelessly worked to improve the park, ensuring safe and quality soccer fields and recreational spaces. This volunteer-driven organization is dedicated to fostering community engagement and enhancing the overall experience for players and spectators alike.

Each season, Amend Park Development Council benefits approximately 2,000 players by providing high-quality soccer fields and amenities that promote healthy recreational activities.
