Alzheimer’s Community Care
EIN: 31-1481653 · West Palm Beach, FL
Our Story
Founded in 1996 by concerned residents in Florida, Alzheimer’s Community Care was established to address the growing need for support among individuals affected by Alzheimer’s disease and related neurocognitive disorders. Visionaries like Mr. Gaston Jones, Mr. James Gregory, and Mr. Fred Kroll dedicated their efforts to ensure that all funds raised would remain local, providing high-quality, specialized care for both patients and caregivers. Under the leadership of founding Executive Director Mary M. Barnes, Alzheimer’s Community Care has grown to become the largest provider of community-based, dementia-specific services in Florida.
Our Impact
For over 25 years, Alzheimer’s Community Care has delivered family-centered care to thousands of families in Palm Beach, Martin, and St. Lucie Counties, embodying the belief that where there is help, there is hope.
