Through a combination of restorative justice and behavioral health services, Alternatives serves over 3,000 youth and their families each year, inspiring them to create a just future.

Impacting Lives and Communities

In 2022, Alternatives engaged with 2,472 youth across 138 Chicago Public Schools, with 87% of participants coming from low-income backgrounds. The organization also trained 658 individuals in Restorative Justice, showcasing its commitment to community engagement.
