Our Story

Founded in 1939 as the Tippecanoe County Humane Association, Almost Home Humane Society is committed to the welfare of pets in the Greater Lafayette area. Serving over 3,000 animals annually, this private, non-profit organization provides shelter, medical care, and adoption services to pets in need. Almost Home is not affiliated with any national organizations, allowing it to focus solely on local animal welfare.
