Our Story

Founded in 2020 by a pioneering group of national Latino leaders, the Alliance for Latinx Leadership and Policy (ALLP) aims to enhance the inclusion and participation of Latinos in public service. This organization champions the belief that equitable representation in public policy is a cornerstone of democracy.

Impact

ALLP actively advocates for the Latino community in Washington, D.C., trains the next generation of Latino policy leaders, and sponsors essential research to bolster advocacy efforts. The goal is to ensure that federal programs and policies effectively benefit the Latino community.
