Equity In Early Childhood Education
Access To Montessori Education
Support For Dual Language Learners

Our Story

Established in 2019, the Alliance for Equity in Montessori Education (AEME) was founded by passionate educators from Alder Montessori School. Located in the Reynolds School District, Alder Montessori opened its doors in 2015, providing bilingual Montessori preschool education to children aged 3 to 5. With a commitment to serving a diverse student body, over 70% of our students are dual language learners, primarily speaking Spanish at home. Our bilingual educators foster an inclusive environment where children thrive.

Our Impact

AEME is dedicated to increasing access to high-quality early childhood education for families affected by economic and racial inequities. By offering tuition-free Montessori education, we empower children to reach their full potential.
