Established in 1980, the Allegheny County Bar Foundation (ACBF) is dedicated to enhancing the legal landscape through educational and philanthropic initiatives. With a focus on serving underserved communities, the ACBF launched the Center for Volunteer Resources in 1990, facilitating pro bono legal services across Allegheny County. This commitment makes ACBF one of the few Bar Foundations in the U.S. providing direct public services.
