Operate the only transitional housing facility in Ocean County, a sober-living environment, to shelter and empower (counsel) four people at a time. Open "Samaritan House" in June 2014. In 2023, still reduced capacity due to COVID pandemic, sixteen homeless individuals now have jobs and permanent homes.
