Our Story

All Hands Raised, formerly known as the Portland Public Schools Foundation, was established in the mid-90s to advocate for and provide funding to Portland Public Schools. In 2007, the organization expanded its mission with Connected by 25, ensuring every young person is connected to education, work, and community by age 25. Today, All Hands Raised drives collaboration and collective impact for improved equitable education for youth in Multnomah County.

Impact

As the only organization in Multnomah County dedicated to studying and serving children through their education, All Hands Raised has fostered healthier school climates, improved student progression, and increased high school completion rates.
