All Hands Boatworks, founded in 2013 in Wisconsin, is dedicated to empowering youth through the art of wooden boatbuilding. Inspired by Outward Bound and experiential education, AHB believes in the untapped potential of every young person. By engaging in hands-on projects, participants not only learn the craft of boatbuilding but also develop essential life skills and a deeper connection to Milwaukee’s natural resources.
Through innovative programs, AHB fosters resilience, hope, and personal growth among Milwaukee’s youth. Participants gain valuable workforce training and STEM knowledge while exploring the beauty of our freshwater assets, including rivers and the Great Lakes.
