All Five was founded by Carol Thomsen, who witnessed the disparities in early childhood education across different socio-economic backgrounds. With over 30 years of experience, Carol recognized that children from low-income families often received a different educational approach than their high-income peers. At All Five, the mission is to provide equitable, high-quality early childhood education that respects and nurtures each child's natural curiosity and ability to learn.

Making a Lasting Impact

Since its inception in 2015, All Five has successfully hired and trained ten dedicated teachers, six of whom are from the East Palo Alto/Belle Haven community. This initiative not only enhances the quality of education but also inspires local parents to pursue careers in early education, fostering community engagement and empowerment.
