Our Story

Founded in 2002 by Gene and Marie Rogoway, All Aboard was born out of a need for social engagement for their son, Mike, and his friends with developmental disabilities. After the cancellation of a local art program, they created a nurturing environment where adults can thrive socially and recreationally.
