Our Story

The Alignment Collaborative for Education is a collective impact organization formed by business and community leaders from 11 communities in Illinois. This initiative partners with school districts U-46, 300, and 301 to create a qualified future workforce.

Impact

Over 2,300 8th graders have engaged in career exploration events, and an $8 million grant has been secured to enhance youth apprenticeship programs, showcasing significant community impact.
