For over 50 years, Alice's House has been a sanctuary for individuals, families, and small groups seeking healing and renewal by the sea. Founded by Janet Gibson in memory of her friend Alice Feeney, this nonprofit organization embodies the spirit of comfort and support that Alice and her husband John offered to countless visitors at their home in Humarock Beach, south of Boston.

A Legacy of Healing

After a devastating fire in 2012 destroyed the original house, the community rallied together, sharing their stories of healing and transformation experienced at Alice's House. In 2015, a capital campaign was launched to rebuild this cherished space, culminating in a groundbreaking ceremony in 2016. The new Alice's House features four bedrooms, a spacious gathering area, and a wrap-around deck that offers breathtaking views of the ocean.
