In Houston, the largest medical complex in the world coexists with neighborhoods facing significant healthcare and food access challenges. The Albert Schweitzer Fellowship Houston-Galveston bridges this gap by connecting graduate students in health professions with community needs. Over 40 local agencies collaborate with the Fellowship to identify pressing health issues, allowing over 80 trained graduate student Fellows to develop innovative programs that address these disparities.
