Albert Einstein Academies (AEA) is a network of three high-performing public charter schools located near downtown San Diego, California. Committed to delivering a rigorous education through the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum, AEA aims to cultivate internationally minded students who embody the ten attributes of the IB Learner Profiles. AEA offers the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Program (IB PYP) and Middle Years Programme (IB MYP), with plans to introduce the Diploma Programme (IB DP) in Fall 2026. The focus is on developing students who are not only academically prepared but also globally aware, ensuring a balanced approach that prioritizes both academic rigor and emotional well-being.
