Alaska Adoption Services

Our Story

Founded in early 2019 by Tami Watson and Victoria Ross, Alaska Adoption Services emerged from the need for a local adoption agency after the closure of the only other domestic infant adoption program in Alaska. This nonprofit organization was established to assist Alaskan families in navigating the adoption process and to ensure that children remain in-state. Since its inception, AAS has expanded its support services and has been instrumental in connecting many adoptive families with birth families across Alaska.
