Our Story

Alameda Health Consortium was established in the early 1970s to champion community-based health centers in Alameda County. Emerging from the national community health center movement, this organization addresses the unmet healthcare needs of low-income communities. Today, it represents a network of eight federally-qualified health centers, operating over 105 clinic locations and serving more than 285,000 patients.
