Our Story

The Akram Foundation is dedicated to uplifting the lives of orphaned children in Somalia. Established in mid-2023, this 501(c)(3) organization has grown from assisting 83 children to over 200 children during the last Ramadan, showcasing a commitment to sustainable support.

Impact

During Ramadan 2024, the Akram Foundation provided clothing to 233 children and essential food to 55 families, spending approximately $5,500 on food and $4,900 on clothing. This impact highlights the foundation's dedication to meeting the needs of orphans and their families.
