Angels in Motion began with the heartfelt mission of one mother, Carol Rostucher, who sought to rescue her son from the grips of substance use disorder. While searching the streets of Kensington, Philadelphia, she discovered countless others suffering from similar struggles. Carol's compassion led her to create "blessing bags" filled with food, hygiene products, clothing, and vital resources for those in need. Through community support and dedicated volunteers, Angels in Motion has expanded its reach, delivering these essential items weekly.
