Our Story

Founded in 1992, the AIDS Service Foundation of Greater Kansas City emerged from a collaboration of four primary AIDS service organizations. By uniting their efforts, these leaders created a cooperative fundraising strategy to better serve the community. Over the years, the foundation has adapted to meet the evolving needs of those affected by HIV/AIDS, ensuring that vital resources are available to support their health and well-being.

This achievement reflects the effectiveness of the U=U campaign, which promotes the message that 'Undetectable equals Untransmittable'.
