The Agnus Dei Foundation was founded in 1992 by Grace Dulaney, who, as a struggling single mother, chose open adoption for her son, Dylan. This pivotal experience ignited her passion to change perceptions about adoption and led to the creation of a maternity home for unwed mothers.
