Our Story

Founded in 1986 by Cheryl Miller and her daughter Dawn, Agape Therapeutic Riding Resources was born from a passion for sharing unconditional love through horses. After a successful summer program for children with disabilities, the organization established a year-round therapeutic riding center following Dawn's tragic passing in 1992.

Impact

Agape serves over 2,000 individuals annually, providing therapeutic riding and equine-assisted services that foster emotional, cognitive, social, and physical growth. Through partnerships with community centers, schools, and mental health providers, Agape continues to change lives through the unique bond between horses and participants.
