After the Finish Line is a dedicated 501(c)(3) charitable organization founded in November 2007. The mission focuses on awarding monthly grants to aftercare organizations that rehabilitate, retrain, rehome, and retire Off Track Thoroughbreds. With a commitment to the welfare of Thoroughbreds in training, as well as foals, broodmares, and stallions, ATFL plays a crucial role in ensuring these noble athletes receive the care they deserve.

Since its inception, After the Finish Line has awarded 775 grants, positively impacting over 5,200 Thoroughbreds across thirty-two states, Canada, and Puerto Rico. This organization gives hope and second chances to deserving horses that have no other means of support.
