Our Story

Nearly 30 years ago, an American pastor began a mission to support church leaders in Kenya by providing Bibles and training materials. This initiative quickly revealed a broader need across Africa, where an estimated 95% of pastors lead without proper training. African Leadership is dedicated to equipping these leaders with seminary-style theological education, community development courses, and trauma healing resources. Now operating in 11 countries, the organization has empowered over 89,000 leaders through locally-driven solutions.
