Our Story

Africa Sunrise Communities is a faith-based nonprofit dedicated to restoring communities and empowering refugees in East Africa. Founded by Jacob Thon Guot, a former 'lost boy' of South Sudan, the organization is committed to building the Rising Hope Christian Center in Bor Town, Jonglei State, South Sudan.
