About Africa Community Exchange
Africa Community Exchange (ACE) was founded by a group of former Liberian residents in the United States who sought to give back to their homeland. After enduring 14 years of civil war that devastated Liberia, these individuals established ACE in 2007 to connect educational and health entities in Liberia with vital resources. The organization aims to build capacity and enhance the quality of services in these sectors.
Impact in Liberia
ACE has made significant strides in improving the educational landscape of post-war Liberia. To date, 400 teachers have been trained, impacting 27 schools and educating over 12,000 children. This work is crucial for the recovery and enhancement of Liberia's educational system.
