Our Story
The Affordable Housing Corporation of Lake County, now part of Community Partners for Affordable Housing, was formed through the merger of three respected nonprofit organizations. This collaboration enhances efficiency and sustainability, enabling the development of more affordable housing units and improved services for clients.
Our Impact
With over 90 permanently affordable homes developed and assistance provided to over 1,000 households, CPAH is dedicated to creating a continuum of housing services throughout the northern suburbs.
