Our Story

Aerospace Machinists Joint Training Committee (AJAC) was founded in 2008 to enhance the skills of the advanced manufacturing workforce through registered apprenticeship programs. AJAC focuses on adult apprenticeship programs for current industry workers, youth apprenticeship programs for high school students, and pre-apprenticeship programs for those seeking foundational manufacturing skills.

Impact

Operating in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho, AJAC partners with over 300 advanced manufacturing companies to provide apprenticeship training that leads to industry-recognized certifications and competitive wages for participants.
