Founded in 2017, Advoz emerged from the merger of two long-standing organizations in Lancaster County dedicated to conflict mediation and restorative justice. With roots tracing back to the Lancaster Mediation Center and the Center for Community Peacemaking, Advoz embodies a vision of healing and resolution through facilitated dialogue. This unique approach has transformed the way conflicts are addressed in the community, offering a ‘third way’ that emphasizes understanding and reconciliation.
