Founded in 2009 by Penny Martin, Advocates for Homeless & Those in Need emerged from a community dinner that highlighted the urgent needs of the homeless in Bucks County. Starting with the Code Blue shelter program, AHTN has expanded its mission to address various needs, including emergency shelter, food, and transportation.
AHTN provides year-round access to emergency shelter, food, and life-sustaining services, significantly improving the lives of homeless individuals and families in Bucks County.
