Advantage Lancaster began as a summer learning initiative, founded by Shayne Meadows and Ty Bair, and has grown into a year-round program dedicated to mentorship and skill development for students in the greater Lancaster, Pennsylvania area.
Since its inception, Advantage Lancaster has quadrupled its summer enrollment from 11 students in 2002 to 45 students, showcasing a significant impact on the community and the lives of the children served.
