Adoption Connection PA is a faith-based, full-service foster care and adoption agency founded in 1995 by Judy Vasalinda, who has personal experience with adoption. Initially focused on supporting birth mothers, the agency has evolved to include foster care services and certifying families for foster-to-adopt placements. With a dedicated team of 28 employees, ACPA is committed to serving children and families in need.
