About Adelante Youth Alliance

Adelante Youth Alliance (AYA), formerly known as the Pasadena Youth Center, was established in 2001 to provide disadvantaged youth with positive development programs. In response to rising youth violence and high school drop-out rates, AYA inspires and educates youth through career exploration, mentorship, and wellness initiatives.

AYA has empowered thousands of youth by providing essential support, resources, and role models. With over 3,200 annual conference participants and 350 engaged volunteers, AYA is dedicated to helping youth achieve their full potential.
