Inspired by the Portland, Jay County Foundation and supported by the Lilly Endowment Foundation, the Adams County Community Foundation was officially incorporated in 1991. This foundation serves as a bridge between donors and the community, providing tax-deductible advantages while enhancing the lives of Adams County residents through scholarships and grants.
