Our Story
Acts 29 Missions has dedicated nearly two decades to serving the nation of Haiti. Initially focused on establishing a church in Titanyen, the mission quickly expanded to include vital ministry and feeding opportunities. From humble beginnings with just 63 members, the Titanyen church grew to over 600, igniting outreach efforts to nearby communities such as Minotree, Sourcematlas, Simonnette, and St. Gerard.
In 2007, the mission extended to the villages of Packing and Ti-Plas, where over 100 women gathered weekly to worship despite initial challenges. Remarkably, the Voodoo landowner accepted Christ, leading to the birth of the Ti-Plas church. The devastation caused by four hurricanes in 2008 revealed new needs, prompting the mission to reach out to the unreached villages in Section 4.
From 2011 to 2015, Acts 29 Missions acquired property in Ropissa, where a school was built, providing education for the first time in the area. Today, the mission spans 17 villages, from the coast to the mountains, offering education, outreach, and support to local communities.
