Founded in 1960 by a dedicated group of individuals, ACRES Land Trust is Indiana’s oldest and largest local land trust. With a mission to protect natural and working lands, ACRES serves 27 counties across northeast Indiana, northern Ohio, and southern Michigan. The organization has transformed from an all-volunteer group into a staffed nonprofit, committed to preserving land forever.
