Founded in 1986, CarePartners began as a support system for a colleague diagnosed with AIDS. Over the years, it has evolved to provide compassionate care for older adults and individuals with dementia, along with their caregivers. Through a network of community partnerships and trained volunteers, CarePartners offers vital programs that support caregivers and their loved ones.
