Access Anaheim Inc Carbon Creek Shores, part of the Retirement Housing Foundation, began with a modest investment of $7,000 and has grown into a leading provider of affordable housing and services for older adults, low-income families, and persons with disabilities across 27 states, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Founded by visionaries from the United Church of Christ, the organization emphasizes a faith-based approach to community support.
