ACADEMY 3A INC

The Academy 3A Inc. (the Corporation or School) was formed exclusively for charitable purposes. It is established as a private school for maleand female elementary, middle, high school, and postgraduate student-athletes that provides academic and athletic instruction for aspiringintercollegiate and international level athletes. The activities include academic instruction that supplants a traditional school, athletic training andcompetition, strength training, and life skills development.
