Our Story
In 2008, Dr. Sudhir Paul made a groundbreaking discovery in the fight against HIV. Inspired by his work, Zachary Barnett, diagnosed with HIV, founded the Abzyme Research Foundation in 2011. The foundation is dedicated to developing an effective and low-cost therapeutic HIV vaccine.
Impact
With a successful Pre-IND meeting with the FDA in 2014, the foundation is on a mission to challenge conventional treatment paradigms and provide a functional cure for HIV.
