Our Story

AbolitionNC began as a small prayer group at Westover Church in 2008, evolving into a dedicated nonprofit organization focused on supporting victims of human trafficking. With a mission rooted in compassion and awareness, AbolitionNC aims to be the hands and feet of God, serving those who have suffered and working to prevent future exploitation.

Our Impact

Since its inception, AbolitionNC has opened the first safe house for trafficking survivors in the Triad area, providing a sanctuary for healing and recovery. Additionally, the organization has developed anti-human trafficking curriculum for schools, significantly raising awareness and support for victims.
