For over forty-five years, Ability Works, Inc. has dedicated itself to helping individuals with disabilities engage in everyday activities and integrate into the community. With a range of services including adult day support, career planning, and community outings, the organization strives for full community inclusion.

Impact

Ability Works supports over 300 individuals each year, guiding them towards independence, employment, and community belonging. Annually, over 200 individuals receive assistance on their employment journey, while more than 80 individuals benefit from daily needs and educational programs.
