Our Story

Since 1978, Abilities Without Boundaries has been dedicated to helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities lead productive and fulfilling lives. Originally known as Cheshire Occupational & Career Opportunities, the organization has evolved significantly, expanding its impact across Connecticut. With a team of over 50 compassionate employees, AWB is committed to making a difference in the lives of those it serves.
