Our Story

Founded in 1963 by dedicated parents, Abilities Solutions began as the Occupational Training Center of Gloucester County. Recognizing the need for employment opportunities for their children with disabilities, the organization has evolved to better serve the community. Today, it supports approximately 1,000 individuals annually, partnering with over 200 businesses in South Jersey to create meaningful job opportunities.
