AAFE Community Development Fund

Our Story

AAFE Community Development Fund is a U.S. Treasury designated Community Development Financial Institution dedicated to advancing homeownership for minority, immigrant, low- and moderate-income households in New York City. Since 1999, AAFE CDF has empowered New Yorkers across all five boroughs through homeowner counseling, homebuyer education, and accessible loans.

Impact

By encouraging homeownership, AAFE CDF helps stabilize neighborhoods and enables families to build wealth. Hundreds of clients have successfully purchased homes, while many others have received support to maintain their properties.
