Our Story

A World Aware, Inc. was founded in 2005 by Michael and Lois Calamia, inspired by the challenging conditions faced by children in South Africa. The organization focuses on educating and empowering individuals from historically disadvantaged communities, particularly crèche-level children in Limpopo and Gauteng provinces.
